Paul and Emma Davey are farmers and food marketeers who have worked closely with other Lincolnshire farmers, brewers, butchers, bakers & candle makers for over fifteen years at Ideal Lincs to develop marketing opportunities for our County's fantastic producers.  In that time we have helped with product development, marketing, distribution & we have also wholesaled an amazing range of the absolutely finest products to the likes of Asda, Sainsbury's, Lincolnshire Co-op & dozens & dozens of local independent shops. 

A Little Bit Of Lincolnshire on Steep Hill has a fantastic offering from our local producers at the heart of Lincoln's bustling Cathedral Quarter where the world famous Christmas Market is held each year as well as the Lincoln Farmer's Market. It's a great opportunity for smaller new local producers just starting to make their way in retail and we are always delighted to hear from new local suppliers.
